9 LaCroix Summer Beach Cocktails

Posted by Allison Kelly on

LaCroix . . . its very name alone should be enough to make your mouth water. With zero calories, sodium, carbs, sugars, and basically devoid of anything unhealthy, LaCroix positions itself as the perfect summer mixer. Sure, adding in alcohol will add in some unhealthy qualities, however, we all need some time to relax.

Check out these 9 LaCroix cocktail recipes for when you're heading to the beach or a picnic this summer!

1. PiñaCroixlada

Sure, the name is a little corny, however, this drink is for you if you like getting caught in the rain.

  • Light Rum
  • Coconut LaCroix
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Combine equal parts of all three ingredients, serve with a pineapple wedge.

2. Pamplemousse Croix-Cooler

This recipe requires a little more work to complete, however, it is absolutely delicious and refreshing.

  • 5 half-inch slices peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 ounce (15ml) fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 ounce (8ml) simple syrup (see note above)
  • 1 1/4 ounces (35ml) vodka
  • 1/2 ounce (15ml) elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain
  • 1 1/2 ounces (45ml) LaCroix Pamplemousse Sparkling Water
  • Cucumber slice and lemon wedge, for garnish (optional)
  • Add cucumber, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until cucumber is broken up. Add vodka and elderflower liqueur and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

3. LaCrosé

This recipe is simple and to the point . . . also delicious.

  • LaCroix Cran-Raspberry
  • Combine ingredients in equal parts, garnish with a slice of watermelon (because it’s summer).

4. Fizzy LaCroix-gria

This recipe is absolutely simple to make and perfect for lounging on the beach.

  • Vinho verde or other very light white wine
  • Brandy
  • LaCroix Mango
  • Slices of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, melon
  • A few shakes of cinnamon
  • Combine equal parts wine and brandy, add fruits and cinnamon, let flavors combine for a few hours. Add LaCroix. Ladle out into glasses, including the fruit.

5. Sparkling La-Daiquiri

A refreshing take on the classic Hemingway daiquiri. The addition of bubbly Pamplemousse LaCroix really makes the fresh citrus flavors pop. Get playful with your white rums. Bacardi Neo, Plantation 3 Stars, and Cana Brava are all rums I keep at home.

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice
  • .75 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Pamplemousse LaCroix
  • Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
  • Add rum, grapefruit juice, and lime juice into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Pour into a Champagne flute, top with LaCroix, and garnish with a lime wedge, if using.

This is a drink for all coconut lovers. Best paired with a beach chair, some music, and your favorite book.
